All dormitories have laundry rooms in the apartment building, equipped with washing machines and dryers. The cost for each wash is about £2.70, and the cost for each dry is about £1.20. You can use the apartment's mobile app to check if your clothes are done and to see when the machines will be available! The laundry room is also open 24 hours a day.

When booking an apartment, a deposit of 2 weeks' rent is required, which will be deducted from the total rent amount. The payment methods are credit card, debit card, or bank transfer.

It depends on your room booking usage. You can send an email in English to the apartment management team at CustomerEngagement@vitastudent.com.

Log in to the student portal of the apartment and check your payment schedule on the booking page. Additionally, the apartment provides a contract that will be marked; after the booking is successful, the apartment will send a copy of the contract to the student's email, so be sure to save it!

A guarantor refers to a person who is over 18 years old, can share the financial responsibility for the rental, and is able to pay the rent on your behalf if you are unable to do so for any reason. If you choose to pay the rent in two or four installments at the time of booking, a guarantor is required. They must agree to be your guarantor and sign the rental documents. The apartment management has the right to collect any unpaid rent from the guarantor. Therefore, it is essential to ensure that your guarantor understands the obligations they are assuming.
