Refund Policy
If you decide to cancel the contract before signing, the apartment will not refund your deposit and possible management fees; If you decide to cancel the contract after signing, you must find a tenant who meets the apartment's conditions to rent your room and pay a certain amount of management fees, otherwise you will continue to be responsible for the contract until the end of the lease.
