Do I need to pay a deposit?

Unlike many other accommodation providers, we don't require a deposit to secure your booking. We only ask you to pay the rent in advance, which will be deducted from your first rent payment. You could say it's like a little gift for yourself, and you'll appreciate its convenience by September!

Can I cancel after making a reservation?

We have a 5-day "cooling-off period" policy. This means that if you need to cancel within 5 days of signing the lease agreement and you haven't moved in yet, you can cancel. If the "cooling-off period" has passed, you can still cancel under certain circumstances, such as if your UK visa is denied or you fail to meet the entrance requirements of your chosen university. You just need to provide the UCAS notice or visa refusal documents within 72 hours of receiving the relevant notification. If you find a suitable alternative tenant, you can transfer the lease to them, and we will conduct a qualification review. Once they're confirmed eligible, they can take over your lease agreement.
