Sooo happy with my room eveything is working well and looks so nice, landlord got me in so quickly dispute short notice and made me feel super welcome. All amenities work super well and the space is overall great

Great location, close to my university with easy access to town and local amenities. Since moving in last September, a new management company has taken over, and I can’t fault them. They’ve been responsive, attentive, and proactive in addressing previous issues. It’s clear the property is being managed well, and I’ve had a positive experience overall.

Amazing experience with the management and facilities in this accommodation. Jay was pleasant and made our stay comfortable. There’s a gym and washing facilities on site and the shower in our room had amazing pressure. Best bang for buck accommodation in the area

The property itself was nice and had potential, but there were several issues during our stay from 31 May to 7 June. The bed was very soft, and the wooden support underneath appeared to be broken already, so we had to be careful when getting in and out of bed. The bathroom had a very strong unpleasant smell that did not go away during our stay and at times made it difficult to spend much time in the room. There was no air conditioning, and although the weather was quite hot, no fan was provided. We were only given two toilet rolls for the entire stay, and there were no rubbish bags or dish towels available. We also found that one of the towels provided was dirty and had a stain on it. The accommodation was in a good location and had some positive aspects, but the issues above affected our overall experience and could be improved for future guests.

An abomination, which has caused non-stop nuisances to the neighbourhood ever since it was constructed. The greedy, negligent, incompetent managers do nothing to maintain the place. The courtyard has been a festering, stinking, polluting, derelict rubbish dump (see photos for a snapshot) for months on end, causing an infestation of flies and RATS. The pointless courtyard gates are not properly constructed or maintained, and have been regularly left to bang incessantly in the wind since 2021.
