Russell View

I have had a good experience with this accommodation this year so much so I have decided to rebook for next year. I would like to give a huge thanks to Alex who supported me in this and helped me every step of the way. The staff here are really good and helpful whenever you need them. They also hold many social events during the year which helps include everyone. Definitely would recommend Thank you for your kind feedback, really appreciated. I am glad I could support you through the rebooking process and make things easier for you. Feel free to let me know if I can help with anything else. It is great to hear you have enjoyed your time here and are choosing to stay with us again. We are pleased to have you staying with us for another year. – Alex (Assistant General Manager)

Russell View is such an amazing place! The receptionists are so kind, warm and welcoming, format of the place is good and the size of the room for the price is ridiculous! It’s so good for the money that I’m staying there again for another year and will not be surprised if I stay at Russell View until I finish university. Location is really good as it’s close to a mini Tesco and around 10-15 minute walk to Asda/Aldi and a quick walk to university with the Arboretum very close to that. Overall I recommend this place SO MUCH!!!

The service at Russell View was exceptional, and I would easily give it a 4.5-star rating. The facilities are well-maintained, and the overall environment is welcoming and comfortable. A special shoutout to Alex, who was incredibly helpful throughout the process and made sure all my questions were answered. Her excellent customer service really stood out and made the experience much smoother.

Living at Russell View has been such a great experience. The rooms are honestly massive, especially compared to other student spots, and you really get your money's worth with the amount of space you have. It’s a huge plus getting a double bed that already comes with a mattress and a mattress protector, and they even provide a shower curtain for the ensuite in the flat. I also have to give a huge shout-out to Alex and Michelle. They’ve been absolutely amazing from day one, guiding me through the whole booking process, being super supportive while I was living here, and making the entire check-out process so smooth and stress-free. The maintenance team is also on it. Any time a report was made, whether it was a clogged sink or a broken hoover, they had it fixed almost immediately. It’s rare to find a place that’s this efficient and helpful.
