No Pet
Each year there will be an opportunity for students to rebook for the following academic year.
If the student has additional needs and requires a more tailored check-in experience this can be arranged on request and on a case by case basis.
If eligible for a refund these are processed as quickly as possible and we will communicate transparently with students and communicate timeframes.
Students have a tailored experience with the General Manager or via their Agent to check availability and preferences and options will be provided that match closest to the students requests, effectively allowing the student to choose their room.
Room swapping is not allowed
Termination is dealt with on a case by case basis and any termination request should be sent in writing to bridgeside@lunastudents.co.uk
