Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy If a student decides to leave during the contracted term or cancel after signing the tenancy agreement, the accommodation may agree to release the student from the tenancy only if the following conditions are met: 1. The student must find a suitable replacement to take a new tenancy agreement for the remainder of the tenancy – this is referred to as a tenancy takeover. 2. The student must pay an administration fee. Please note: the accommodation cannot issue any refund until the replacement tenant has signed the tenancy agreement, made payment, and moved in. If no replacement tenant is found, the student will remain responsible for paying the full rent until the end of the tenancy agreement *Policies are subject to change, please refer to the tenancy agreement for the most up-to-date information.*
