I had a great experience staying at Homes for Students Curzon House. The accommodation was comfortable, well-maintained, and conveniently located, making it an ideal place to live during my studies. I would especially like to thank Connor for his outstanding support. He was extremely helpful throughout my stay, particularly during my move-in process, making everything smooth and stress-free.

The accommodation is quite affordable, and the staff are very supportive and helpful. The building itself does have a fair number of issues at the moment. However, they are currently refurbishing each block, which is a positive sign. If you’re planning to book for next year, it’s definitely worth considering. The building is old, but it’s located right in the city centre, making it very convenient for both Nottingham Trent University and University of Nottingham students. That said, there are a few downsides. The walls are quite thin, so noise travels easily not just from your flat, but from across the accommodation. Additionally, the insulation isn’t great even when it’s warm outside, the rooms can feel quite cold. Hopefully, these issues will be improved as the refurbishment continues.

I lived here for 4 years while I was at uni and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Joel, Louis and Connor. Great location for NTU and UON with plenty of amenities nearby. If I could give them 5 billion stars I would!

Excellent location and good price. There are many friendly staff with issues being resolved quickly and professionally. The building is currently in renovation with problems being resolved.

I absolutely enjoy living here. The place is well-maintained, the staff are friendly and helpful, and it feels safe overall. Everything's right nearby. There are plenty of supermarkets for grocery shopping, a park for a quick walk, the railway station is nearby and the Uni is just a short walk away. 5 stars for convenience and good vibes!

Living here has been a great experience, largely thanks to the incredible staff. Tobi and Connor, in particular, have been consistently helpful, approachable, and supportive. They always take the time to check in and ensure everything is going well, and they are quick to assist with any issues I’ve had, always in a calm and efficient manner. Their presence truly adds to the sense of community and makes the accommodation feel well looked after.
