If you check out early, please inform the Student Castle management staff as soon as possible. There are some waiting lists in the flat. If someone wants to take over your apartment, you can terminate the contract with the Oxford Student Castle. If you can find a subtenant on your own, it will terminate the lease contract with you from the date the new tenant moves in and refund any unused rent you have prepaid. If you haven't found a new tenant and haven't confirmed that they have paid the first instalment of rent, the Student Castle accommodation will not refund your rent.

The Student Castle Oxford requires a prepayment of rent (£100-£300) to secure a room for you. You need to make the corresponding budget in advance.

If you bring your TV or use the pre-installed TV in the Student Castle, you need to purchase a TV license separately. If you are no longer a full-time student during your stay, you also need to pay the municipal tax. In addition, water, electricity, gas, Internet fees and financial insurance are all included in the rent, so you don't need to pay any additional fees.

Student loans should not be overdue. Once a problem arises, the Oxford Student Castle requires the loan company to issue a letter that includes the repayment amount and date, as well as the four weeks' rent prepaid before moving in in September. You can contact the student loan company, but please keep the Student Castle accommodation informed at any time, and they will assist you.

The Student Castl will offer you lease contracts of 51 weeks and 45 weeks. You can choose the one that suits your needs.
