FAQs

Most of the bills, including utility bills, heating fees and Wi-Fi charges, are included in the Unite Students Beech House. If you want to watch live or on-demand TV programs, you need to pay a TV license fee.

If you are a full-time student, you are exempt from paying municipal tax. However, you need to inform the city hall of your city of your identity before you can avoid paying the municipal tax. If your status changes during your rental period, you may need to start paying municipal taxes.

When you book Beech House Oxford Brookes, Endsleigh will automatically insure your personal items in the room against fire, flood, theft and accidental damage.

The advance rent is already the deposit for most of our reservations. It is given a fixed amount (usually £250) as an advance payment. This sum of money is used to pay the first instalment of rent and needs to be paid at the time of reservation.

Some rooms at Unite Students Beech House have a limited number of double-occupancy options. But apart from this, Beech House Oxford do not allow multiple people to stay. We also do not allow minors under the age of 16 to live with their parents or guardians.
