Refund Policy
Prepaid Rent - Cancellation Policy (England) Once you have paid the Prepaid Rent and have been allocated a room, then if you decide to cancel, the lesser of (i) the Prepaid Rent and (ii) an amount equivalent to one week's licence fee will not be refunded. If you have paid the Prepaid Rent and both parties have accepted the licence agreement, you will be bound by the terms of the licence until a new licensee is found.
Room Assignment Policy
Students can provide their room preferences in advance, and we will strive to accommodate them based on availability.
Room Change Policy
You can change rooms during the cooling-off period. After this period, changes need to contact the apartment directly or consulting acolyteliving.com. Please note that room changes are subject to availability.
Subletting Policy
The apartment cannot refund the rent before finding a tenant; Send an email to the apartment as soon as possible to apply for subletting, fill in the form, and after finding a tenant, the subtenant needs to pay £150 management fee + cleaning fee, and then will receive a £250 deposit refund. The tenant needs to email the apartment, fill in the form, and go through the relevant procedures.
