Original Cancellation Policy Before Check-in: Cancellation is allowed within 7 days after payment of the reservation fee. No refund will be given after 7 days. Reservation can be cancelled before July 31st of the same year as the resident's check-in. No refund will be given if the reservation fee is paid more than 7 days before the check-in date.

The room selected at the time of booking

You can change rooms during the cooling-off period. After this period, changes are limited to upgrades only. Please note that room changes are subject to availability
