Check-in Guide
Contracts need to be fully completed before check-in. Your keys will be handed to you at reception in line with your appointment time. You have two days from checking in to report any previous damages or issues with your new room.
Check-out Guide
For check-out, the room and kitchen needs to be as you first checked in. No belongings left behind. A surrender of tenancy form needs to be signed and handed in to reception along with your keys. If you have items you wish to donate, you can do so at reception.
