For privacy reasons, we do not disclose the names of residents. However, you can find out who you will be living with through the resident group shared before your arrival, or you can ask your dormitory team for some information, such as gender, grade, and school.

About two months before the check-in date you selected for your reservation, you can schedule a move-in time that works for you. If you have any special accessibility needs or travel issues, be sure to inform us at this time. If you need to check in early, we can assist with that as well; just contact your dorm team, and they will let you know the available times and costs.

Unlike many other accommodation providers, we don’t require a deposit to secure your booking. We only ask you to pay the rent in advance, which will be deducted from your first month's rent. You could say it’s like a little gift for yourself, and by September, you’ll feel its convenience!

We have a 5-day "cooling-off period" policy. This means that if you need to cancel within 5 days of signing the lease agreement, as long as you haven't moved in yet, you can cancel. If the "cooling-off period" has passed, you can still cancel under certain circumstances, such as if your UK visa is denied or if you fail to meet the admission requirements of your chosen university. You just need to provide the UCAS notification or visa denial documents within 72 hours of receiving the relevant notification. If you find a qualified alternative tenant, you can transfer the lease to them, and we will conduct a qualification check. Once confirmed as eligible, they can take over your lease agreement.
