If the property accepts your booking request, a quote will be sent to you. You will need to accept an accommodation quote online to confirm your booking. The property reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time before you accept it on the Website. Please note that if you do not confirm your booking within 10 days of receipt, the offer will automatically expire. You can accept an offer from the property and confirm your booking by: · Log into your account on the website · Provide details of your sponsor (if applicable); · Provide identification documents and any further information the property may ask you to provide; Read and sign your rental agreement. When you sign the rental agreement, your booking will be confirmed by the property. You acknowledge and agree that once you have signed the Lease Agreement, you will not have the right to cancel and will be responsible for paying the full rent and any associated costs associated with the accommodation during the term of the lease.

After check-in: If for any reason you decide to leave during the term of the contract, the property may allow you to terminate the contract only if these conditions are met: 1. As set out in Clause 7.1(n) of the Lease Agreement, you need the written consent of the apartment to transfer or sublet the lease to any other person. 2. You need to find a suitable replacement to sign a new lease for the remainder of your lease term. The person must be at least 18 years of age and be a full-time student at a university near the accommodation; Sign the lease agreement with the apartment owner and pay all remaining amounts thereof; Where it is reasonable to provide a guarantor, the guarantor must accept the terms and conditions set out in the lease agreement. 3. You need to pay an administrative fee of 50 pounds. The apartment cannot refund you until the replacement takes over your lease, signs the lease agreement, pays and moves in. If you cannot find someone to take over your lease, you will be responsible for paying the full rent until the end of your lease.
