St Giles Studios

Excellent student accommodation for those seeking somewhere to stay while studying at Durham University. The room I rented was the cheapest option they had, yet it was very good quality. I have no real complaints, the room and it's devices worked great, the staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Overall a great experience.

It's very comfortable to live in. The apartment room is clean and tidy. The facilities in the house are also relatively new, and every staff makes people feel very warm. If there is a problem, it will be solved in time.

I had a very good experience living at St Giles Studios. The studio is comfortable, well-equipped and conveniently located for students. The staff are friendly, helpful and responsive whenever I have questions or need support. Maintenance issues are also handled in a professional way. Overall, it is a safe and convenient place to live, and I would recommend it to other students looking for accommodation in Durham.

I have lived at St Giles Studios for three years and have had a very positive experience. The staff are warm, kind, and always willing to help, which has made my stay comfortable and reassuring. The property is safe, quiet, and well managed. I have never felt disturbed by unnecessary issues, and the overall living environment has been very pleasant. The location is also very convenient, with supermarkets nearby and easy access to Durham University. I am very satisfied with my time at St Giles Studios and would recommend it to other students.

This student apartment offers excellent value for money. It is not too far from the city center. The bus ride takes only five minutes and it only takes ten minutes to reach Tesco Extra by foot. The bus also directly reaches M&S. It is particularly suitable for students of the new business school. It only takes five minutes by bus to get there. The apartment environment is also decent, very tidy. The sound insulation is said to be very good compared to other apartments.
