All residents have the option of reletting their bed space if they do not plan on occupying their bed space at that time. Reletting requires the individual taking over the bed space to go through the same screening process as all other residents and signing a new lease agreement with the community in order to take over the lease for the remainder of the term. This ensures that all residents living on site meet the same qualification standards. It may have additional fees determined by the apartment management. Termination of contract
At communities that allow smoking, cigarette butts must be disposed of in the proper receptacle and not left on the ground. If you fail to comply, a fine will be imposed by us. At all other communities, smoking is prohibited on community grounds.
CAMPUS APARTMENTS OCCUPANCY GUIDELINES AND QUALIFYING CRITERIA In order to qualify for housing at this community a potential resident MUST meet the below qualifications on their own OR they MUST have a sponsor guarantor that meets income, credit, rental/mortgage, and employment guidelines as listed below. Please note that these are our current rental criteria and that nothing contained in these requirements shall constitute a guarantee or representation by us that all residents currently residing in our community have met these requirements. Our ability to verify whether these requirements have been met is limited to the information we receive from the various reporting services used. Occupancy Guidelines Occupancy at the Apartment Community is strictly limited to one resident per bedroom unless otherwise modified by the Apartment Community to accommodate double occupancy standards for specific unit types. An additional minor child being twelve (12) months of age or less who occupies the same bedroom with the child’s parent or legal guardian, will be permitted in addition to the one person per bedroom occupancy guidelines as defined above. Prior to the end of the Lease term (if you have not renewed the Lease for the next Lease term), you will receive a letter outlining the move-out process. You will be required to clean your apartment and you will be responsible for payment of damages assessed against you. You will be notified as to the scheduled move-out date and you must turn in all keys, access card/FOB, gate transmitter and provide your forwarding address by noon on that date. If you do not meet this deadline, you may incur additional holdover charges or fees. If you are renewing with us and are moving to a different apartment, you will receive additional instructions for transferring to your new apartment. Prior to move-out or transfer all late charges, delinquent rents and outstanding fees for damages must be paid.
