During the application process, it is not permissible to request specific rooms. The room selected at the time of booking (or such other room of equivalent size, standard and amenity as the Licensor may allocate to the Licensee from time to time)

You may be allowed to transfer to a different unit or bed space within the community or another community provided the following conditions are met: • Subject to availability • You must be in good standing prior to approval of transfer • Your apartment will be inspected and if damages are assessed, all damages will be paid prior to approval of transfer • You will be assessed a transfer fee • If the rent for the new space is higher, we have the right to re-verify income • You will sign a new lease and addenda with new lease dates, rental amount, etc. • You may be required to pay a new security deposit

You cannot assign or sublease any part of your Premises to another person without our prior written consent, but the giving of our consent is at our sole judgment. Even if we agree to an assignment or sublease, you will still be liable for all of the obligations under this Lease unless we specifically agree, in writing, to release you. Our consent to one or more assignment or sublease will not be a waiver of our rights of consent in the future. If the Apartment consists of more than one bedroom, we have the right, when any bedroom within the Apartment is unoccupied to place a new resident in the unoccupied bedroom.

Please be advised that the lease term is strictly governed by the dates specified in the contract. Early termination of the lease is not allowed under any circumstances.
