8 Roxburgh Reviews indicate a solid option for students who want a highly connected, central Edinburgh base with straightforward budgeting and strong campus proximity. The strongest case for this property is its near-campus convenience (especially for University of Edinburgh and Royal College of Surgeons), combined with inclusive bills, robust internet, clean common spaces, and a community atmosphere fostered by management-led events. The main trade-offs are a compact room footprint with shared bathrooms on each floor and the lack of explicit long-term lease details in the provided data. If you value a lively, well-connected student environment and don’t require private bathrooms or very large private space, 8 Roxburgh could align well with your needs.
