Upperton Road, Leicester | Reviews

"Really liked my stay here great location, comfy rooms, and value for money." (University Living, 2026-06) This reinforces the perception of strong location and comfortable rooms at a reasonable value.

"Overall, for the price the property is worth it, however I originally got the space on the fact of the photos shown, however the photos shown are not what the rooms actually look like, and I was uninformed of this fact. The property is good in terms of location as it’s walking distance to the city centre and to the stadium, and it has great amnesties available." (University Living, 2026-06) This highlights perceived value but also a caveat about photo accuracy and transparency.

Overall approved-review trust index: Medium. The two approved reviews provide positive sentiment about location and value, with one noting room-photo discrepancies. Some platforms reported an insufficient number of reviews, which is reflected in the medium trust index.
