The Paragon sits on Boston Manor Road in Brentford, and there is one thing you need to know before anything else. This building lets exclusively to University of West London students. If you are studying anywhere else, you cannot book here, and no amount of paperwork changes that. For UWL students, though, that restriction is the whole appeal, because it means everyone you live with is on your timetable, your term dates and your campus.

For UWL students, though, that restriction is the whole appeal, because it means everyone you live with is on your timetable, your term dates and your campus. The building reopened in summer 2026 after a full refurbishment, so the interiors, communal spaces and rooms are genuinely new rather than tired stock with a fresh coat of paint. There are two room categories and thirteen variants inside them. En-suite rooms start from around £261 per week and give you a private bathroom with a shared kitchen, running from Standard through Standard Plus, Classic, Classic Plus, Premium and Premium Plus. Studios start from around £265 per week, currently offered from £261, and include a private kitchenette alongside the bathroom, with Standard, Classic, Premium, Premium Plus, Deluxe, Deluxe Plus and Accessible options.
