Yes, non-students can apply a room to live at Altitude at Taringa, but 95% residents in the building are students.
Rent is payable monthly in advance to Altitude at Taringa, normally on the 6th day of the month.
4 weeks bond + one month rent.
Located at 35 Morrow St, Taringa QLD 4068, The University of Queensland is 6 minurtes dirve or 23 minutes bus ride away from Altitude at Taringa, QUT Gardens Point Campus is 20 minutes dirve away, Griffith University is 25 minutes away by car.
Each bedroom has a dedicated Ethernet port for direct connection to the Altitude network. Alternatively, you can purchase or hire a compatible wireless router to create a private Wi-Fi network for multiple devices, which is necessary for devices without an Ethernet port.
