King St Residences A(YARDS), Brisbane 4006

We moved in about a month ago and really love it! The building management are lovely and very welcoming, and were really helpful during our move in. The amenities are nicer than in previous buildings we've lived in and are well maintained. The building itself is clean and quiet with very little neighbour noise. Can't recommend it enough!

Big apartment buildings will have issues from time to time especially when so many new people are moving in but i've had no problems so far. Lend Lease have done a good job with the building

This place is literally cursed. The building management staff only cares about your money—they are impossible to reach unless it’s about collecting money. The building management is trash, and the noise level is unbearable; you’ll hear constant drilling from renovations all day long. On top of that, the building is crawling with cockroaches, and both maintenance and security cameras never work. The mandatory internet service is a total rip-off: insanely expensive, painfully slow, and constantly cutting out. If you want to pay high rent for a life of zero peace and quiet, this is the place for you. Move in, and you’ll truly experience what it feels like to be cursed every single day.

Management do not seem to care to keep building maintained to a good standard or communicating with residents. Elevators not working, unpatched holes in public spaces, poor rubbish management, etc etc.

Very poor service here. Terrible management team. These those guys invaded my apartment drunk on a Saturday night. My Front door was unlock but who expect this from neighbours? Came to complain with management and told them they do a poor job. Also the Front door entrance of the building was broken for over a week as well and we needed to get into the building through the car park. The lady management got offended when I told them they do a poor job and ended the conversation. Don’t move to this place.
