Managed by dedicated personnel, it features an intercom with monitoring. The supermarket is just a 1-minute walk away. The address is 1-21 Sugaecho, Kita-ku, Osaka 530-0031. The nearest station is a 5-minute walk from the Hankyu Senri Line Tenjimbashisuji Rokuchome Station, and a 9-minute walk from Osaka Metro Tanimachi Line Tenjimbashisuji Rokuchome Station, and a 9-minute walk from JR Osaka Loop Line Temma Station. The apartment has 13 floors and 192 rooms, built with reinforced concrete, completed in February 2001, facing north and south, with private spaces in each room.
