I stayed at Cushy Rooms and Apartments at Nelson Place for five nights, and overall, it was a good experience. The studio was comfortable and well-equipped, making it a nice place to stay. The atmosphere was great, and the location was convenient, especially for students. However, there were a few downsides. There was no room service during my stay, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, there was no extra shampoo or shower gel provided, which would have been helpful. Despite these small issues, I still enjoyed my stay because the studio itself was nice and the environment was welcoming. If these services were improved, the experience would be even better.

Worst student accommodation I have ever stayed in Belfast! The senior management there is of absolutely no use. If you go and speak to them about any issue in your room or any issues related to your flat, all they will say is we can't help you this is your internal matter. No sort of support from the team. All they care is about money! I have literally donated money to them. They are least interested in resolving any ongoing issues in your flat. Also to mention I had a very bad experience with the staff members working at the reception....they are very rude and they work as if they are doing a favour on us! I won't recommend any student to book this accommodation. Also their cancellation policy is just a trap to earn money from students.

I just wanted to express how incredibly disappointed I am with my experience after moving from Alma Place to Little Patrick. I honestly regret the decision — it’s been one issue after another throughout the entire year. From the start, I’ve faced constant problems, including having to change rooms .And now, the toilet in my current room has stopped flushing completely. When I reported it, I was simply told, “Sorry, we can’t help it tonight,” and that I would need to wait until the next day. Even though it was acknowledged as a priority, I’m expected to go a whole night without a working toilet, which is just unacceptable. I understand that things can go wrong and I appreciate that the staff are friendly, but unfortunately, they’ve been far from helpful in resolving actual problems. This has honestly been one of the worst accommodation experiences I’ve ever had, and I would not recommend Little Patrick to anyone based on how these situations have been handled.

Review for Student Roost - Little Patrick Street, Belfast, UK Had a terrible experience with this accommodation, and I strongly advise others to avoid it. The service is extremely poor, and they are unresponsive to even basic requests. 1. Lighting Issue: The rooms come with uncomfortable yellow lights. When we requested a change to white lights, they completely ignored the request and did nothing about it. 2. Bathroom Sewage Problem: There was a persistent sewage issue in the bathroom. Despite repeated requests, it took them an incredibly long time to address it. 3. Reception Service: The reception is often unmanned, and if the receptionist is present, they respond in a lethargic manner. They dismiss most issues, claiming they are "not emergencies." 4. Gas Stove Waiting Time: The gas stove is shared and often occupied, making us wait over an hour just to cook. 5. Bed Condition: The bed provided was in terrible condition. Despite complaints, no action was taken. 6. Window Screen Damage: The window screen broke, and it took them 2-3 weeks to repair it. 7. Room Heater Issue: The room heater has been broken for the past 5 days. Despite emails, the management claimed it wasn’t an emergency. The temperature is near freezing, and my wife and daughter have had to suffer through the cold nights. To manage, they even used the gas stove for heating and eventually had to buy a small heater from the market themselves. This level of neglect is unacceptable, especially for the high rent of £840 per month, which is already overpriced for what they offer. A simple lightbulb replacement costing £10 was ignored, and even when we offered to pay extra for cleaning services, there was no response. Every time we reach out to them via email, it feels like a never-ending loop of forwarding messages, with no resolution for weeks. For example, it took them over a month to address a minor issue. In a cold climate, having no functioning heater should be treated as an emergency, yet their lethargic responses show they don’t care about their residents' well-being. It’s infuriating to see such negligence when we are paying a premium price. Would they accept delays in rent payments? Absolutely not. Then why do they think it’s acceptable to delay essential services? I regret choosing this accommodation for my family. This has been a nightmare. Please do not choose Student Roost - Little Patrick Street or Amber Student accommodations. They are unresponsive, overpriced, and provide terrible service.
