Vita Student Cannon Park. The location is excellent, especially for students, and the building was always clean and well maintained. What made the biggest difference for us was the kindness and helpful attitude of the staff, especially the team at the lobby/reception. My daughter was very stressed before an important exam and due to a smalla spider in her room, which she is extremely afraid of. The staff came immediately and helped her with great kindness and understanding. We really appreciated how supportive and caring everyone was throughout our stay. Thank you again to the whole team!

High-quality Student Accommodation. This site has all the amenities you would expect from Vita, gym, movie room 🎬, laundry room, and even a basketball court. It's secure and staffed 24/7 with a spacious reception for busy times. The WiFi is fast, and they provide an online doctor service. The location is perfect for Warwick University, which is less than 10 minutes' walk. A shopping centre is right on the doorstep catering for almost anything.

Extremely disappointing stay at **Vita Student Warwick cannon park **. We checked in only yesterday, and my daughter’s room **C131** has a WC that is leaking **very badly**. I reported it immediately and requested a room change. I was told they would fix it. They did attempt a repair, but the toilet is **still leaking heavily**. I then requested again to change the room, but **Michele, the manager, refused and told me they could not change the room**. This is extremely frustrating, especially when we have only just checked in. A leaking toilet is a basic maintenance and hygiene issue, and guests should not have to repeatedly complain about something that should have been resolved before the room was given to them. The biggest disappointment is the lack of proper response to a genuine customer complaint. **Very poor customer service and a very unpleasant start to our stay.** I hope senior management takes this complaint seriously and addresses both the maintenance issue and the way customer complaints are being handled.

I think students should better not to book to stay with them as there are many issues, particularly with the people at reception.
