Calcott Ten Student Accommodation in Coventry CV1 5DE

Living at Capitol Students Calcott Ten Student Accommodation has genuinely been one of the best parts of my student journey. The accommodation is modern, clean, secure, and perfectly located with easy access to the city centre, university campuses, shops, and transport links. What truly makes this place stand out is the atmosphere — it feels welcoming, comfortable, and safe from the moment you move in. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with great facilities that make student life so much easier. The communal areas are always tidy and create a lovely environment to socialise, study, or simply relax after a long day. The staff and management team deserve special recognition for being incredibly friendly, approachable, and helpful whenever assistance is needed. They always go the extra mile to ensure residents feel supported and valued. I’ve made so many wonderful memories here and would highly recommend Calcott Ten to any student looking for accommodation that combines comfort, convenience, and a genuine sense of community. Thank you for making my stay such an enjoyable experience!

Best accommodation ever! The management here is truly top-notch, and a special mention goes to my accommodation manager, Heidi Bryan, who has been exceptional. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure residents are comfortable, supported, and provided with everything needed to make student life enjoyable and fulfilling, especially for international students who have left home to study in the UK. Her warmth, dedication, and genuine care make a real difference in creating a welcoming home away from home. The maintenance service is also incredibly impressive, whenever I log a maintenance request in the morning, it’s often resolved by the time I return, which speaks volumes about how efficiently the accommodation is run and how much they value residents’ comfort. What also makes this place stand out are the wonderful social activities organised for students. These events create opportunities to connect, make friends, unwind, and build a sense of community, which is especially valuable for students settling into a new environment and culture. To the rest of the staff , thank you for being so polite, approachable, and always willing to help. Your professionalism and kindness do not go unnoticed. A big thumbs up to the entire team for creating such a positive, supportive, and enjoyable living experience!
