Living at 33 Parkside has genuinely been one of the best parts of my time in Coventry. From the moment I moved in, the staff have made such a positive impact — they are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, no matter how big or small the issue is. Jess and Sunita especially deserve a mention. They are extremely friendly and always there to help, not just with accommodation-related things but also on a personal level. Knowing there are people on-site who genuinely care about your wellbeing and will take the time to listen makes such a difference, especially as a student living away from home. The accommodation itself is new, modern, and honestly feels more like luxury student living than typical student housing. Everything is well-designed, clean, and comfortable, which makes it a great place to come back to after a long day. Maintenance is also brilliant — any issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently, which gives real peace of mind. What I’ve loved most is the strong sense of community. The team regularly organise social events that bring everyone together, making it easy to meet new people and feel at home. I’m genuinely grateful for my experience here and would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming, modern, and high-quality place to live in Coventry.

I’ve been staying at 33 Parkside for a few months now and have really appreciated the environment here. The accommodation is comfortable, well maintained, and clean, which makes it a nice place to come back to at the end of the day. There’s a real effort to create a supportive and welcoming atmosphere, and thoughtful touches like having food and snacks available on site genuinely add to that feeling. The shared spaces and study areas are practical and comfortable, and the location is very convenient for campus, transport links, and local shops. What has stood out most to me is the staff. They are kind, understanding, and approachable, and always try to help however they can. That level of care really makes a difference and contributes to a positive living experience. I would highly recommend this place to students and professionals looking for a place that feels well managed and supportive.

The accommodation is in a convenient location, with easy access to campus, supermarkets, and public transport. Walking to lectures takes about 10–15 minutes, which makes daily routines very manageable. The building has a friendly atmosphere and there are regular events and shared spaces that encourage socialising while still allowing for quiet study when needed. The staff are approachable and usually respond quickly to maintenance requests or questions. Considering the location and facilities, the rent feels reasonable. Living at 33 Parkside has been a positive experience overall. It offers a good balance between comfort, location, and value for money for students.

Accommodation as well as the hospitality at Prestige Student Living has been great. The staff from day one have been nothing but kind, helpful, and supportive whilst also hosting special occasion events for all tenants to join! The location is near perfect — being walking distance from anything you need is really a great privilege.

Staying at 33 Parkside has been amazing! It’s been the comfiest student accommodation in Coventry, and I can't recommend it enough. Right from day one, the front desk receptionists, Jane and Jessica, have been more than happy to help with even the smallest issues and are always throwing a friendly greeting my way. I've noticed it’s not just me that gets friendly greetings but friends and family who come to visit also receive the same treatment. But it's not just the people – the place is “prestige” too. Mornings are easy with free breakfast and coffee they also conveniently place the food right by the entrance in food warmers. I've decided to stay for another year because, honestly, it feels just like home. The location is just a 6-minute walk to my campus and close to the city centre and train station. It’s that convenient that after only a few visits from my friends they too, decided to book for next year. One thing that I found after going to other friends' accommodation is the usefulness of the basement communal area: pool table, kitchen, cinema room and the gym. Also, I would like to mention the beautiful views from the rooftop which is my favourite part of 33 Parkside. The interior of my studio is nothing like typical university accommodation, it’s much more similar to an upmarket hotel. Overall, I would recommend this accommodation to anyone who is looking for cleanliness, proximity and a relaxed atmosphere all in one!

In my ten years in the UK, my stay at 33Parkside was without a doubt the most recommended. From the very first day I came here, I met the very friendly front desk, who quickly completed the housing procedures for me and kindly helped me get familiar with the facilities in the accommodation. Best of all, they remember my name and house number! Whenever I pass the front desk, they greet me kindly. After my inquiry, they agreed to me to set up a student group to facilitate online communication and help each other. They also kindly sealed the QR code of my group and posted it in every corner, which is very friendly to students who leave home to study, and I am very grateful to them. The experience here is very warm, just like they said to me: I hope every student will consider this place as their home. When I left for class, there was a good quality breakfast and free coffee in the morning, and I often didn't have time to make breakfast. For the apartment, they could have simply provided some cookies, but every time they even wrapped tin foil to make sure the food didn't lose its heat, which was great! On the negative ground floor, there is also a very warm movie room, and air conditioning and comfortable lazy sofa, I really want to lie here all day. During the festival, they also put on the decorations of the corresponding theme and let us participate in the activities, and this feeling of building a living community together makes people feel infinitely happier. Anyway, I'll renew my subscription here next year.

I moved in last September and the living environment is great. The room is well-equipped and clean which can satisfy all my needs. The view from the balcony is so nice as you can see in the picture. Also, Jane and other staffs have given me a lot of help :) I strongly recommend 33 Parkside to be your good choice.

The best accommodation ever !!! Receptionists definitely make it homely and such genuine people, the accommodation it self is perfect for everyone it’s modern and classy can’t go wrong, the rooms are perfect definitely worth every penny! You’ll never feel away from home when you’re there, been here a month and already booking to stay again next year !! Favourite part in the accommodation by far has to be the roof terrace of course at the moment no many people have been going up there due to weather but I can guarantee everyone will be up there socialising through the summer!!
