What is the general difference between Bronze/Silver/Gold/Platinum room types?

Can I switch if I don't like my room?

Accepted Answer

If other students cancel the room, or agree to exchange with you, you can contact the property management team of the apartment, and the staff will try their best to meet your needs. However, except for the different room types and different building areas, the configuration and facilities of each room are the same.

Can I check in early?

If you need to check in early, please contact your consultant teacher. If there are vacancies in the apartment for the corresponding lease period, you can arrange early check-in after accepting the corresponding extra rent

If the rent has not been paid when it is due, will it be directly deducted from my bank card?

Won't. You need to log in to your apartment system account and set up your payment method, pay online or pay by credit card at the front desk of the apartment, or pay by bank transfer, but bank transfer is usually used in special cases (such as online payment difficulties/ payment failure, etc.), we prefer the first two payment methods. When you submit your reservation request, you can choose your payment method.

Your deposit will be refunded at the end of your lease. The premise is that you successfully complete the check-out inspection (ie: no damage to the facilities in the room or other room cleaning problems). It depends on the type of room you book, the best way is to contact the property team of the apartment and confirm. If possible, you need to write your full name and room number clearly on the package so that the staff can store it for you.

What kind of guarantor do I need to provide?

Accepted Answer

The guarantor needs to know about your occupancy and agree to your rent payment. If payment is delayed, the property will contact your guarantor. The guarantor must be at least 18 years old, have a full-time job, and have a fixed residence. Generally, the guarantor will be required to provide proof of residential address to verify identity.
