Will I get a cleaner?

You will receive a free clean each semester and also when you move out, meaning it is hassle-free for you. If you would like a more regular clean then you can upgrade at an extra cost.

Does the apartment accept cash payment?

Accepted Answer

I'm sorry that the apartment does not support cash payment at present. The preferred payment method is to log in to the online website and use a credit card to pay, or you can operate bank transfer.

Does the apartment have on-site staff?

The apartment will have staff or security at your disposal 24 hours a day. CCTV will also be installed in all corridors and social areas.

What if I have a problem that needs repair?

The apartment has a dedicated team to respond and resolve your maintenance issues. Repairs will be done during the first visit, if possible. Of course sometimes there is a need to order parts or arrange for outside contractors. When this happens, the apartment will follow up until the problem is resolved.
