Book your apartment room for the 2025/26 academic year to enjoy the early bird discount. Please note that you must meet the following criteria: 1) The rental period must not be shorter than 39 weeks 2) The start date of the rental must be from September 2025 3) Check-in must be successfully completed no later than September 30, 2025. The early bird discount will be directly deducted from your rental contract based on limited availability (already deducted in the contract). If you do not meet the apartment’s terms in the future, the apartment reserves the right to remove the early bird discount and request the difference in price.

Check-out process?

You must move out of the room by 11 AM on the Tenancy End Date stated in the contract. Any items left in the room will be considered abandoned by the apartment, and a cleaning fee will be charged.

What is the Key collection pass for check-in?

How to pay rent?

The apartment supports two payment methods: guaranteed card automatic deduction and bank wire transfer. 1. Guaranteed Card Automatic Deduction: On the payment due date, the apartment will automatically deduct the rent from the guaranteed card you have linked according to the payment schedule. Please ensure that there are sufficient funds in your guaranteed card on the payment day and that the issuing bank supports this transaction. 2. Bank Wire Transfer: If your guaranteed card cannot be used for rent payment, please make a bank transfer in advance. Before making the payment, communicate with your bank to determine the necessary documents needed for the wire transfer, and ensure you have the required materials ready. Also, ask the bank to assist in calculating the corresponding transfer fees to ensure the rent is received in full. Please strictly use the bank information provided by the apartment for payment (if you haven't received the apartment's bank account details via email and plan to use wire transfer for rent, please contact the apartment's email in advance to obtain the official payment information). Make sure to include the appropriate reference information, and be cautious of any third-party payment accounts. Finally, ensure the rent is fully received, and please send the remittance slip to the apartment for confirmation.

What should I do if I want to terminate the agreement and move out?

If you wish to terminate your lease, you must notify the advisor or the apartment in writing, and you need to fill out the apartment's "Sublease Form." You will remain responsible for the rent until a new tenant is found or the lease term expires, whichever comes first. We cannot guarantee that we will find other tenants, as it becomes increasingly difficult as the academic year progresses. Please note that you will also be required to pay any management fees incurred during the reallocation process. Please refer to the apartment's subleasing terms.
