Innovo House

I really really really love Innovo house and will be rebooking for next year. All staffs are amazing and they ensure to overlook the safety of everyone!!! I love that they make sure to celebrate holidays as well.

Staff are always welcoming and happy to help. The events are great and the rooms are so clean when you arrive! Definatley recommend!

I stay here. It is the nearest one to the university, hospital and grocery stores like lidl and home bargains and the city centre. Very spacious rooms than all other nearby places. The people here are so friendly too ❤️

Honestly the best accomodation I have stayed at, the staff are all so lovely and very accommodating. I stay in a studio flat, the facilities are great and the room is very spacious and comfy. I have had no major issues with anything in the flat and have really enjoyed living here. The staff are also very accommodating of disability requirements which was one of the things I was worried about coming into a new accommodation, however, they have always been incredibly reassuring and have not hesitated to put things in place to make living here easier. I would recommend this accommodation to absolutely anyone who asked without hesitation, and I am looking forward to spending next year here too!

Do not book. This place needs to fix their security and accessibility to the accom! Myself and multiple others have been locked out of the accommodation on multiple occasions. The issue is the accom itself not the tenants. They have no security, no one is ever at reception to offer help and they make you pay a £30 fine when you are locked out, despite it not being your fault. If you want to save your mental state. Don’t book here!!

★★★★☆ (4/5) I'm overall quite pleased with my studio accommodation. The room itself is spacious and comfortable, with a standout feature being the large, functional kitchen that makes preparing meals a pleasure. The staff, especially Kayleigh, have been exceptional. She consistently goes above and beyond to assist students, is always approachable for a chat, and provides reliable support whenever issues arise. My only significant concern is the limited reception hours. Currently, reception is only staffed from 9am-2pm on weekdays and completely unstaffed on weekends. For the premium price of this accommodation, I would expect more comprehensive coverage (9am-5pm weekdays and some weekend hours). While security does patrol across sites, the out-of-hours lockout policy is problematic. Being charged a £30 fee and potentially waiting up to 2 hours to regain access to your room presents both a financial burden and safety concern, particularly in the evenings when the surrounding area feels less secure. Despite this drawback, the quality of the accommodation and exceptional staff like Kayleigh make this a good place to live overall.

I’m deciding to put on Star 1 because I have booked a viewing (inside at Innovo House). It was too exciting yesterday, but they’re not here at the reception, as Security has been there to speak with him. Should reply to me via email before without the update. Waste my time to be in that shame. Next time ASAP

Overall Innovo’s a rlly nice place, the room is great for the price and the kitchen is really big too. The staff both Kayleigh + Kyle are very friendly and always try their best to accommodate my needs or requests asap. The only problem is lack of reception staff so if you get locked out, during out of hours its quite annoying since no one is there to help you get back in so you have to call and wait.

This review is long overdue (because I kept forgetting to do it😭) I love it here though! I'm in my first year and I've already rebooked my room for next year! The building manager is honestly so lovely and always there when you need him to be (go Kyle🥳)! The inside of the building is really modern and the rooms are quite pretty and a great value for what you're paying with the ensuite a having a pretty big shared kitchen. It's quite close to the uni and makes it easy to walk there along with being in a really convenient area with a home bargains right behind it, Lidl down the road along with a pizza shop, boba shop, pharmacy, etc it's just so convenient and makes life easier. It's a lovely place and quite chilled out, I love it here :P

I had a pleasant stay, and the best view, at Innovo House during the 23/24 academic year. Perfect for those looking for a quiet area that isn't too far from the city center or from LJMU campus. Its location is extremely convenient considering the stores that are within a 2-3 minute walk having everything you could possibly need. Felt safe throughout my stay, and the facilities are great. The staff are also always happy to help, especially Peter, great man.
