We cannot guarantee that other tenants will be found as this is obviously becoming more difficult as the school year progresses. Note that you will also be responsible for any administrative fees incurred when reassigning contracts. Please refer to the sublease terms of the apartment.

Bedrooms are suitable for single occupancy only unless otherwise stated. Unscheduled overnight visitors are permitted at the discretion of management, provided they do not cause disturbance or inconvenience to other passengers. You will be solely responsible for the conduct and behavior of your visitors.
