I’ve had such a good experience here, especially by having Bimal to help us along the way. He has been so helpful and supportive throughout our whole journey, always there whenever we needed anything and genuinely went out of his way to help us. He’s made such a difference and we really appreciate everything he’s done for us!🤍

A big shoutout to our amazing field staff! Not only Bimal and Nemala, but every single engineering/cleaning expert who keeps this building clean and well-maintained. They are always eager to help, always put the residents first, and are so fun to chat with. Their warm hearts and willingness to listen make a huge difference. I truly enjoyed my one-year stay here and want to emphasize that IQ has the absolute best employees!

I spent half a year at iQ Greenwich and it was an OK place to live! It was nice to have your own kitchenette and bathroom in the studio. The space is small but worked great for one person. Bed is comfortable and great size. + The room is quiet mostly and you won’t be too disturbed by your neighbors. + The surrounding area felt safe and is nice, close to the tube and grocery stores + Friendly and helpful staff especially Bimal! - Maintenance issues in the room took a while to get fixed. My hob never worked properly, the fridge made a loud noise and the toilet didn’t work the first month which was stressful and unacceptable that those essential appliances did not work for a long time considering the price you pay. - Fire alarm went off at least once a week which was disturbing. - A bit dirty, there was a mouse problem in the common areas, silverfish and dusty in the rooms.

Highly recommend as an accommodation!, Mickael and Bimal from reception make living as a student feel relaxed and stress-free, they helped me out a bunch.

As a Ravensbourne student, I couldn’t be happier with how close Flinders is to uni. The staff is so attentive and friendly, and the shared spaces are kept clean and tidy. My biggest worry moving to a student accommodation was with how noisy it could be, but I barely hear anything from my room. Great place to live!

This is a really good place to live. The staff are also very helpful. Bimal helped me out a few times too which was great. I'm glad they have such reliable staff

This is one of the best places to stay because of its great location and nice facilities. What makes it even better though is the friendly staff. They helped me with all my questions when moving in and Bimal has been especially helpful especially when I had questions with getting some rebates on the app. He guided me through it and got me the rebate! I think this is a great place for anyone to stay.

I've had a really good experience here. Bimal was really helpful whenever any kind of issue came up. He helped me solve them quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend staying here!
