This is the best place that I ever stay. Management team are so friendly and always act very quick and fixing all the issues that we have. We all know every building has it own problem but it based on how the management team to handle it. Over the past few years I have been staying in this building,I can see how quick they get things sorted everytime we reported and I understand sometimes it take times to get things fix but at least end up they always get things sorted. They are also having lots of activities keep going on in the building.It is good to knows some friends through those activities so that we dont feel alone in our own studio. Their location is perfect for everyone as well as they are at the heart of city centre,it is convinience to go everywhere especially if you are study in Hallam Uni. Glad that I have chose this place as my home in Sheffield over the past few years. If you are thinking to get a nice place to stay, look no further! I am sure Helena and Li Qi will help you to get your room sorted!!

I lived here for three years, and it truly felt like home. The rooms are very spacious and each one has a unique layout, which made my space feel special and comfortable. The staff are all incredibly kind and supportive, especially Helena. And being in the city center with everything nearby and so many transport options made my life easy and enjoyable. I’m so grateful for my time here, I couldn’t have chosen a better place.

It is being 1 year I am a part of Redvers tower accommodation. To me I love the environment lovely staff and specially Lychee. Also they do a lot of different events in side the building. I suggest all the students near Sheffield Hallam university should visit here at least one

One of the best apartments to live in Sheffield, located right in the heart of the city. The studio rooms are beautifully designed with plenty of options to choose from. But the real highlight is the Redvers Team - Helena, LiQi, Apinya, and Tony. They truly make the place feel like home with their warm and welcoming approach. Don’t second guess it, just book already! 🙂

⚠️ Avoid Redvers Tower, Sheffield – Extremely Poor Living Conditions & Unprofessional Management I would strongly advise anyone considering staying at Redvers Tower in Sheffield to think twice. My experience here was genuinely awful, and the standard of both the accommodation and management was completely unacceptable. Firstly, the building itself had serious maintenance and safety issues. There were frequent leaks, and basic things like heating didn’t work properly, which made living there extremely uncomfortable. The washing machines were unreliable and often didn’t work, meaning you couldn’t properly wash your clothes despite paying to live there and having to pay separately to do your washing too. On top of that, there were hygiene issues, including silverfish, which is not something you should ever have to deal with in paid accommodation. One of the biggest concerns was security and safety. There were often homeless individuals around the entrance and exit, which made it feel unsafe at times. For a student accommodation building, this is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of proper security measures. There would be daily leaks and flooding the building. The door to enter and exit the building sometimes wouldn’t work leaving you unable to leave the building which is absolutely a big safety risk. Bills included but the heating does not work. The management team was just as disappointing. Communication was extremely poor — every time I raised issues, I was fobbed off with the same responses and nothing was ever properly resolved. It got to the point where I had to threaten to take the matter further just to be taken seriously, which should never be necessary. Overall, this place: • Does not meet basic living standards • Has ongoing maintenance and hygiene issues • Feels unsafe at times • Has extremely poor management and communication • Makes it difficult to get money owed back I would generally say this is the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. This place bought me nothing but issues hassle and stress, I regret staying here and would not recommend it to anyone. There are far better and worth the money and safer options in Sheffield.

For Redvers I was scared of the water linking problem as it happened before. But after understand the situation and see the way they solved the problems. I chose Redvers. My daughter lives here at Redvers Tower. Redvers is very close to Sheffield Hallam University and the city downtown. Everything is super great. Helena, Brett and Apinya, they are so helpful in any perspectives. Helena and Brett are very quick problem solving. Any problems they don’t wait they jump in and settle the problem right away. As an international student away from home, my daughter feels like home as Helena, Brett and Apinya are so so friendly. They are my big sisters my big brother my aunt my uncle. I chose the very right accommodation for my daughter.

Be very careful with this accomodation and expect random things to change and you not being able to do anything about it. They will hide behind a wall of online customer service that makes it impossible to hold them accountable. They´re trusting you will ultimately cave.

Great Stay with Amazing Vibes! I had such a great time staying here! The place has a really good vibe — relaxed, welcoming, and fun. The staff were super friendly, especially Helena at the reception — she was so kind, helpful, and always had a smile on her face. They also host lots of fun events, which made it easy to meet new people and enjoy the atmosphere. I’d definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a lively and comfortable place to stay!

I moved into this building with my partner when it was ran by the previous management team. The first few months of living here, there were continuous issues with the building, rubbish was not placed into the bins, but instead left in the hallway blocking the whole bin area, the hot water was continuously off without any communication to residents as to when it would be back on. There were never staff on site, it was impossible to contact anyone and the management repeatedly failed to answer important issues sent via their portal/or email. However, this all changed when Fresh Student Living took over the building after Christmas time. The staff have completely changed the atmosphere in the building. There is now always someone on site at the front desk, staff are always friendly and willing to help, no matter what the issue maybe and they genuinely care about the residents. The building itself is in a great central location in Sheffield, the rooms are snug but spacious, fitted with modern deco, heating, air conditioning and a luxurious shower. For me this made a great first apartment in Sheffield and I would recommend it!

Staying at Redvers Accommodation has been an amazing experience 😆 The staff are incredibly friendly and always go out of their way to help. The residents are just as welcoming, creating such a positive and lively community. There are so many fun activities and events, it’s impossible to feel bored here! A huge shoutout to Helena, she’s absolutely wonderful and her cooking is fantastic 🤩 For Malaysians, you’ll be delighted to know she can even make authentic Malaysian food that tastes just like home. I couldn’t recommend Redvers more 🫶🏻
