Used for march day parking at St Mary's. Just a short walk from the stadium which was handy with young children.

I can honestly say this is one of the best accommodations in Southampton. The location is perfect with easy access to local stops and everything you need. What truly sets this place apart is the staff I’ve never seen such friendly and helpful people, from the security team to the management. Everyone goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and supported. The management team especially deserves praise for how well they run things. It’s also very budget-friendly, making it a great choice for students. I feel genuinely happy and comfortable living here highly recommend!

*PLEASE READ CAREFULLY* This accommodation attracts a certain type of person. If you meet any of the below criteria avoid this place ENTIRELY: - you have hygiene standards - you are serious about your studies - you enjoy privacy and peace - you are an introvert (or even ambivert) - you don’t like living next to drug dealers - you have funding (sfe, bursaries or family) to afford an ensuite or studio - you don’t like having to constantly have a busy kitchen or a shower in use - you don’t go clubbing or drink alcohol - you don’t like commuting to France just to get to uni of southampton - you don’t like theft - did I mention you don’t like living next to drug dealers and smelling cannabis 🤔 - you like clean kitchens and no urine residues on the toilet lids - you don’t like trekking far to get food or go to the gym (it’s a 20 minute walk away) In summer, I heard they practically rent this accommodation to anyone, which tends to attract a lot of dodgy residents (drug dealers/users) so keep this in mind It can be unsafe..in that, because everything is shared, you have to constantly lock your door each time you leave. Many students who reside here, can be quite deprived so theft does happen regularly in the kitchen and potentially in your room if you don’t lock it every single time you leave. It’s very easy to dismiss this and assume the best in people, but it takes one person to shatter that worldview. Many postgraduate students staying here tend to be just as loud too I can understand why freshers come and stay and it’s also pretty cheap, but for anyone else..i promise you the cheap £99/week is a deceptive in the sense that you end up paying with your mental health which could really mess up your grades and uni experience Go for an ensuite or studio (even if it’s double the rent here, you will do better at uni I promise, you wont miss the ‘social aspect’ as you can join societies and those accoms have much better communities) Hope this helped😊

We had a table booked for 1 o’clock but didn’t get our food for 45mins, unfortunately my fish was over cooked and the batter was bigger than the fish. It took along time for our table to be cleared before we could order desserts. Unfortunately I don’t think I will be returning.

Dear renter, you should know that the bathrooms and kitchen are shared. This means you might end up living with people who are careless about cleanliness and very noisy. My experience was very bad, as I stayed with four people. The bathrooms were not usable, and it seemed like they forgot how to use the flush. The kitchen was also impossible to use because of the terrible smell that spread through the corridors and sometimes even into the bedrooms. After using the kitchen, they never cleaned up, and leftover food was thrown into open bins. Sorry for the long review, but if you want cheap accommodation, be aware that there are consequences
