You need to log in to your apartment system account and set up your payment method, pay online or pay by credit card at the front desk of the apartment, or pay by bank transfer, but bank transfer is usually used in special cases (such as online payment difficulties/ payment failure, etc.), we prefer the first two payment methods. If you are an eligible full-time student, you will be exempt from paying land tax. You must provide proof to the apartment that you are a full-time student

Yes, you need to reconfirm with the apartment whether the room type you choose allows double occupancy, and the co-resident needs to be a student.

The main difference is the size of the building area, but each room has the same furniture, decoration style, etc. Note: There may also be other minor differences between apartment buildings in different cities.

If other students cancel the room, or agree to exchange with you, you can contact the property management team of the apartment, and the staff will try their best to meet your needs.
