All apartments include a full set of furniture, including full-size beds, dressers, desks, a leather style sofa and lounge chair, coffee table and entertainment stand, plus a dining set or counter stools. The Park at Athens also comes fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, and washer & dryer.

Early or late check-in requires contacting the apartment in advance, subject to the requirements of the apartment. Generally, American apartments cannot be checked in earlier than the rental date.
