• •Green space. Westburn Park and Victoria Park are both short walks for open grass and running paths, while Seaton Park sits beside Old Aberdeen and is one of the prettiest study break spots in the city. Aberdeen beach is around twenty five minutes on foot.
• •Who's around. A genuine mix rather than a student enclave. Long standing Aberdeen households, families and oil and energy sector workers live alongside students from the University of Aberdeen, NESCol and Robert Gordon.
