AVOID VIEWINGS - Unfair Parking Trap and Appalling Management I had a very distressing experience with this property. I was officially invited by their team for a viewing and was issued a £100 parking fine while on-site. When I asked for help, providing my appointment proof, the management was completely indifferent, stating "it's not their problem." I was actually on the verge of signing a contract here, but several red flags stopped me: Administrative Incompetence: They actually sent me the WRONG contract, which I had to point out to them myself. Poor Maintenance & Hygiene: During my viewing, there was a pool of foul-smelling water in the lift that no one had bothered to clean. Horror Stories from Residents: I spoke to current residents who warned me that management is a nightmare, elevators remain broken for ages, and there was even a water outage during Christmas, forcing students to go to another building just to use communal showers. Between the parking trap for invited guests and the clear lack of basic maintenance and administrative care, I am incredibly relieved I didn't sign the lease. Prospective tenants: save your money and your sanity. Look elsewhere.

这个公寓不退押金的 快逃吧 就一直拖着跟你玩文字游戏 一年了跟你来回兜圈子就是不退 拿着不知道是谁的付款记录就说你没给押金 每次问都是在退 下次再问就不认识你了 又是另外的借口 这个公寓真的就是一坨 什么都是一坨

Good service for the reception

Not at all recommended. Went there to book a 2bhk, the staff showed a 8th floor flat and then took booking forms from us, never sent us the contract then later said it’s sold out, then showed us a 5th floor one in very bad condition. Then again we were waiting for them to send us contract for the 5th floor and they said it’s sold out. Every time there was a different staff and blamed on each other saying they’re not aware. Terrible!

Bad service, tried to book a 2bhk but kept waiting for them to email me a contract and they now say someone else paid the deposit. They also showed 8th floor for viewing and are giving a separate flat. i would never ever stay in such a property. A big no mate !
