Can I choose my orientation?

The United States does not talk about orientation~ But when you apply, you can note that you want to be allocated a room with better lighting. Generally, the apartment will be given priority when there are enough vacancies, but there is no 100% guarantee that you can be allocated a house that we are satisfied with~

What do I need to bring to the apartment?

The apartment is recommended to bring: bedding, daily necessities, kitchen utensils (including pots and pans) and personal items.

What is the apartment application fee?

The apartment application fee is collected by the apartment. It is a fee for reviewing the applicant's materials. It is also a fee that everyone must pay when applying for an apartment. Note: No matter whether the application is successful or not, the apartment will not refund this fee. Applications will only be officially accepted once the application fee has been submitted.

What is renters insurance? Why should I buy renters insurance?

American apartment will ask tenants to buy Renter Insurance. Most insurance can be paid monthly or annually. Rental insurance is fairly cheap, averaging about $15 per month, and the amount of insurance varies depending on the amount of insurance you have, the region, and the program you choose. Avoid property loss, and reduce their own compensation losses when liability disputes occur.

Will the apartment collect my packages before I move in?

When can I check in when I arrive? How to do it?

Under normal circumstances, check-in is only possible during working hours of the apartment. Early or late check-in requires contacting the apartment in advance, subject to the requirements of the apartment. Generally, American apartments cannot be checked in earlier than the rental date. Required documents for checking: passport, electronic version of rental contract, electronic version of rental insurance, etc.

What do I need to do if I cancel the lease?

If you do not renew the lease and want to move out, you generally need to inform the apartment 60-90 days in advance. If you do not notify, the apartment may automatically renew the contract. This is generally stipulated in the contract, and the interpretation of the contract and the apartment shall prevail.

What do the shared and private in the house type mean?

Shared refers to a bedroom with 2 beds, which can accommodate 2 people, and the rent is the price of each bed private refers to a bedroom with 1 bed, which can only accommodate 1 person, the rent is the price of each single room
