Subletting Policy
The current residents are responsible for finding someone to take over their lease. Once they do, they are charged a relet fee which is equivalent to one months rent. Once the new resident takes possession, the property would delete the old residents account and they are no longer responsible for the apartment.
Termination Policy
Please be advised that the lease term is strictly governed by the dates specified in the contract. Early termination of the lease is not allowed under any circumstances.
