Renewal Policy
We’re currently offering immediate and spring move-ins for the 2025–2026 school year, and renewals are now open for the 2026–2027 lease term. Move-in for the 2026–2027 lease term will be on August 20, 2026.

Refund Policy
All leases are 12-month installments beginning on August 1st and ending on July 25th. Room Change Policy
Yes, you can switch floor plans as long as we have the space available. Your rate is subject to change depending on the floor plan you choose. You will be required to sign a new lease to secure the new floor plan. If you have a guarantor, they will not need to sign the new lease, but they will be notified of the changes.
Subletting Policy
Residents do have the option of reletting their bed space by finding another resident to take-over the lease term on their behalf. That individual would need to meet the same qualifying criteria and would sign a new lease with the community, taking the place of the cancelled lease. Transferring the lease may have additional fees determined by the apartment management. The above information is for reference only and may be varied at delivery.
